This pavement improvement project focused on restoring asphalt surfaces and enhancing the overall appearance and functionality of the property. Our team milled and resurfaced approximately 2,628 square yards of existing pavement, followed by updated pavement markings to improve visibility and traffic flow. The result was a smooth, durable surface designed for long-term performance.
Asphalt Milling & Paving
- Milled and removed approximately 2,628 SY of existing asphalt pavement.
- Removed 1.5″ of the existing wearing course and disposed of the material at an off-site recycling facility.
- Applied asphalt emulsion tack coat.
- Installed and compacted 1.5″ SP 9.5mm asphalt wearing course.
Pavement Markings
- Installed new pavement markings per the provided site layout.
- Applied high-quality traffic paint in designated areas.
