Asphalt Milling & Paving
- Milled and removed the existing asphalt wearing course across approximately 22,912 SY
- Disposed of removed material at an approved offsite recycling facility
- Applied asphalt emulsion tack coat to promote proper adhesion
- Installed a new 1.5” 9.5 mm asphalt wearing course throughout the project area
Pavement Markings & Site Accessories
- Installed new pavement markings per the provided layout using high-quality traffic paint
- Included unit pricing for replacement of parking wheel stops as needed
- Included unit pricing for installation of traffic signage and ADA parking signage as needed
Concrete & Drainage Improvements
- Included unit pricing for catch basin protection and concrete repairs as needed
