At Odyssey Road in Tampa, Florida, our team delivered a comprehensive pavement improvement project focused on durability, safety, and site functionality. The work included nearly 2,000 square yards of new asphalt paving, updated pavement markings, and traffic signage to create a smooth, long-lasting surface while improving traffic flow and navigation throughout the property.
Asphalt Paving
- Installed approximately 1,955 SY of new asphalt pavement.
- Placed and compacted 3″ SP12.5mm asphalt surface course.
- Sealed all pavement perimeter joints and seams to help prevent water intrusion and extend pavement life.
Pavement Markings
- Installed new pavement markings per the approved site layout.
- Applied thermoplastic pavement markings in designated areas for enhanced durability and visibility.
- Completed additional line striping with high-quality traffic paint where specified.
Signage Installation
- Furnished and installed site signage per project requirements.
- Installed two (2) R1-1 Stop Signs with posts.
- Installed one (1) W14-2P No Outlet Sign with post.
- Verified sign placement in accordance with the approved traffic control layout.
